The Napper Sisters Return to Linden Wildflower Trails Festival 2013

The Napper Sisters, Norene and Lillian, have been entertaining and delighting audiences of all ages for over 20 years with their own distinctive Americana, bluegrass, country, gospel, folk, and traditional sound on a range of instruments including fiddle, guitar, mandolin, and six-string banjo highlighted by a rousing rendition of clog dancing. They have performed at a variety of venues from private functions (corporate meetings; school, library, and church events; reunions; and parties) to all kinds of festivals (including Six Flags Over Texas Heritage Festival, Silver Dollar City, the State Fair of Texas, Taste Addison, and Addison Oktoberfest) from Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco to the Meyerson Symphony Hall in Dallas to the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. As well as being featured on radio (K-PIG 107.5FM in Freedom, California and WDVX Blue Plate Special in Knoxville, Tennessee), TV (Trinity Broadcasting Network, Good Morning Texas, and Peppermint Place), in music videos (“Muddy Rio Grande” – Killbilly), and in film (Boondoggle), the Napper Sisters have graced the stage with the likes of children’s entertainers Poppy and Bonkers and Eddie Coker to country stars LeAnn Rimes and the Dixie Chicks. The Napper Sisters’ unique brand of entertainment gives that magical touch and adds that special energy and excitement wherever they perform. They will perform on the courthouse square in Linden.
